Let's not forget the Kindle deal
Amazon just unveiled a couple of new Kindle models, so naturally, there are discounts on the previous-generation version for Prime Big Deal Days.
Now, I should point out that a couple of these have actually been cheaper in the past, but the days of such aggressive price cuts appear to be far behind us now. This is still a decent offer for the standard Kindle, though, an is unlikely to be beaten over Black Friday.
My standout deal from day zero
If there's one offer I was genuinely surprised to see in the Prime Big Deal Days sale, it's this record-low price for the Nintendo Switch 2. With all the price hikes around games consoles lately, I only imagined this would get more expensive over the next few months, so it's well worth grabbing one now if you were planning to treat yourself or get one as a Christmas gift. I really don't think it'll be as low as this again for some time.
Thanks for joining me...
You blink and it's almost Black Friday again. Yes, the end-of-year mega sale it's technically just under two months away, but we're getting an early preview of what's to come with the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days event across October 6 - 7.
As someone who's covered Prime Day sales for a decade now (wow, that's far too long), I'm here to help you hunt down all of the very best deals in this year's event — along with some handy assists from the rest of the TechRadar team.
So, let's begin with some of the early deals that are available now before the sale starts properly tomorrow.
