Hospitality technology company Inntelo AI has signed a partnership with global industry association HFTP to deploy its AI agents across the organisation’s websites, media titles and events.
The deal will see Inntelo’s technology used across Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals’ website and publications, including Hospitality Upgrade, Hotel Online, Clubs Online and HFTP News.
Its AI agents will also be deployed at HFTP events, including hospitality technology conference HITEC.
The agents will be used to respond to enquiries from HFTP members, event attendees and exhibitors in more than 50 languages, with queries requiring human intervention passed to the relevant HFTP team.
HFTP has 83 chapters across 46 countries and claims approximately 100,000 opt-in subscribers across its media publications. Its HITEC event attracted more than 6,100 attendees and over 400 exhibitors in San Antonio this year.
Asif Alidina, co-founder and CEO of Inntelo AI, said: “Hospitality will always stay human first, and any AI we adopt must be designed from within the industry.
“Our partnership with HFTP is a great validation for Inntelo AI as we continue to lead the way in AI-native hospitality technology that serves guests, teams and businesses equally.”
Inntelo develops AI agents designed specifically for the hospitality sector, with its technology used to automate interactions between hotels and their guests.
The company said its technology is now being deployed across more than 30,000 hotel rooms, with customers in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America.
Deployments include CIEL Dubai Marina, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, CityBlue Hotels in Africa and The Gate London City.
Inntelo claims its agents automate 98% of guest interactions across customer sites and save an average of 17 minutes per guest enquiry. It also claims hotels using the technology have recorded an average 32% increase in in-stay revenue.
The company said its client base has more than doubled in recent months.
The partnership comes as HFTP expands its work around the adoption of artificial intelligence in the hospitality sector.
Its Hospitality AI Collective brings together more than 30 AI specialists alongside representatives from industry organisations to develop education, standards and best practice around the use of the technology.
Frank Wolfe, chief executive of HFTP, said: “Our members and exhibitors expect HFTP to show what AI can actually do for hospitality, not just talk about it.
“We chose Inntelo AI because the team comes from inside the industry and has proven the technology in working hotels. Putting these agents across our website, our media and HITEC lets our community use AI directly and judge it on results.”
