Nvidia’s comms chief leaves after four months, Business Insider reports

Anna Soellner, who ran corporate communications at Nvidia, has left after about four months, Geoff Weiss reported for Business Insider.

Soellner joined the chipmaker around June, according to her LinkedIn profile. Her boss was Mylene Mangalindan, who leads the team, Axios reported in July.

It is not clear why she left.

A busy four months

She joined as Nvidia grew fast and faced close public scrutiny.

In that time, the company agreed to buy Hugging Face for nearly $13bn. It also reported quarterly revenue of $96bn, Business Insider noted.

When she joined, Soellner said she was honoured to help tell the story of “one of the world’s most consequential companies”.

Before Nvidia, Soellner spent more than eight years running communications at Reddit. She helped steer it through its 2024 stock market debut.

She also worked at the Motion Picture Association and the Center for American Progress. She was a senior adviser at the US Treasury.

Nvidia did not respond to Business Insider’s request for comment.
