Oura’s Health Radar and GLP-1 insights are finally coming to the UK

Oura is bringing its Health Radar and GLP-1 Insights features to the UK from today, giving members a more detailed look at cardiovascular health, breathing patterns and how their bodies respond to GLP-1 medications.

The rollout covers more than 30 new markets, including all European Union countries, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Saudi Arabia. The features are available on iOS and Android for Oura Ring 3, Ring 4 and Ring 5, although they will begin rolling out to members over the coming weeks.

Health Radar builds on Oura’s Symptom Radar, which launched in 2024. Rather than simply flagging when something feels off, it continuously looks at biometric signals and surfaces patterns worth paying attention to, with input from more than 40 of Oura’s in-house M.D.s and Ph.D.s.

One of the bigger additions is Blood Pressure Signals, which looks for changes and patterns that may indicate cardiovascular strain. Oura is also bringing Nighttime BP to these markets, using overnight PPG signals to track blood-pressure-related patterns during sleep. Members can also manually add readings from a blood pressure cuff in the Oura app, giving them a way to compare those measurements with longer-term trends.

Health Radar also includes Nighttime Breathing, which provides a 30-day rolling view of sleep-related breathing patterns and disturbances. The idea is to turn nightly data into a longer-term picture and flag changes that could affect sleep or warrant further evaluation by a healthcare professional.

Then there’s GLP-1 Insights, which brings medication tracking into the Oura app. Members using GLP-1 medicines can log doses and schedules, record how they’re feeling, and track weight and body changes alongside Oura metrics including sleep, activity, readiness and stress.

That gives users a single record of their GLP-1 journey, rather than keeping medication and health information spread across different apps.

Oura says the new features are designed to help members spot changes earlier and have more informed conversations with healthcare professionals. Importantly, the company frames them as wellness and health insights, not a replacement for medical evaluation.

The UK rollout begins October 6, 2026, with the features arriving for eligible Oura members over the following weeks.
