reMarkable Paper Pure just got a new premium accessory

reMarkable has introduced a new premium leather sleeve folio for its Paper Pure E Ink tablet, giving users a more luxurious alternative to the protective cases already available for the device.

The new accessory is made from genuine leather and comes in a single Forest Brown colour option. It’s priced at £119/$129, making it nearly twice as expensive as the existing polycarbonate sleeve folio, which costs £59/$69.

The leather version joins three existing polycarbonate and microfibre sleeve options, available in Mist Green, Desert Pink and Ocean Blue. It’s a more expensive alternative, but one that could appeal to users who want something a little more premium for their everyday note-taking setup.

The accessory arrives just a few months after reMarkable introduced the Paper Pure as the successor to the discontinued reMarkable 2. The E Ink tablet launched with several accessories available separately or as part of a bundle, and this latest addition expands those options further.

For those buying the tablet for the first time, reMarkable is also offering a new £479/$549 bundle that includes the Paper Pure, leather sleeve folio and Marker Plus stylus.

That’s £40/$50 more than the existing £439/$499 bundle, which pairs the tablet and Marker Plus with the standard polycarbonate sleeve. Meanwhile, the most affordable package remains the £359/$399 option, which includes the Paper Pure and standard Marker stylus.

The new leather sleeve doesn’t introduce any additional functionality beyond the existing protective options, but it does give the Paper Pure a more refined look. Whether that’s worth the extra cost will largely come down to how much users value the leather finish over the standard case.
