Refurbished Beam (Gen 2) soundbars are going for £249 on Sonos’s eBay store, nearly half off the £449 it charges for a new one.

Selling direct means the £200 saving comes from Sonos itself rather than a third-party reseller, and every pre-loved unit is tested to meet the company’s own sound and performance standards before it goes out in Very Good refurbished condition.

Each one also carries a two-year manufacturer warranty, and Klarna lets you spread the £249 over 12 months at 0% interest, which makes a Dolby Atmos soundbar from Sonos an easier purchase to fit into a monthly budget.

Inside the Beam (Gen 2), Dolby Atmos processing creates phantom height channels, so planes seem to pass overhead and footsteps move across the room, all from a single compact bar sitting beneath the TV in your living room.

A 40% faster chip makes that possible, opening two new audio paths for a virtual surround effect. Trueplay then uses the microphones in an iOS device to analyse your room’s acoustics and adjust the EQ to match it.

Dialogue gets the same attention, with Speech Enhancement in the Sonos app lifting quiet lines when characters whisper, while Night Sound tones down loud effects and brings up quieter ones when you need to keep the volume low.

Music benefits too, since the Beam (Gen 2) streams over AirPlay 2 and Wi-Fi, supports Dolby Atmos Music, and works with Alexa, so anyone browsing our best smart speakers 2026 guide for a music speaker can have one built into their TV setup instead.

At £249 from Sonos’s own eBay store, with testing, a two-year warranty and £200 off the new price, the refurbished Sonos Beam (Gen 2) makes this the moment to add Dolby Atmos to your TV.
