We saw some decent deals pop up during Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days event. Some of Samsung's best phones were even below retail before the recent price hike. If you managed to hold off on buying a Galaxy S26 Ultra, you're in luck because it's now down to its lowest price in quite some time. You can save 32% off the $1,400 retail price, bringing it down to $950. It's one of the best prices we've seen in some months.
A good time to upgrade
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is a great phone. It's been refined over many years, bringing the best possible experience on a Samsung device. The design is sleek, the hardware is powerful, and the software is feature-packed. This model is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
It has a large 6.9-inch AMOLED screen with a Privacy Display that helps you keep your information safe from prying eyes. It has a large 5,000mAh battery for all-day use, plus 60W wired and 25W wireless charging. It also features a 200MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide, 10MP telephoto, and 50MP telephoto zoom.
Now, is this the perfect phone? No. We wished that Samsung would go all out with major changes to its top-end phone, but we get that in this space, it's not really possible. But that doesn't mean this isn't a great phone to own. We reviewed it and found that it is a joy to use. And now that it's even cheaper than before, it's easy to get on board.
Plus, Samsung offers seven years of software updates, so this device will still feel fresh years after its release. It's an easy one to recommend, especially at its newly discounted price.
