Amazon’s limited-time deal brings the Xiaomi 17 Ultra back down to £999, matching its lowest price of the past three months.
That drop from its £1,299 RRP takes £300 off the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, a 23% saving on the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage model, which also comes with a two-year warranty plus a free one-year extension.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra’s 1-inch Leica camera just got £300 cheaper
With Amazon’s limited time deal holding the Xiaomi 17 Ultra at £999, now is a great time to upgrade your phone.
View DealAt £999, this is the phone we named the best camera phone for zoom in our best camera phones guide, and it now sits below the £1,000 mark, putting that zoom within reach for anyone waiting on a price like this.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra‘s zoom sits alongside a 1-inch Leica main sensor using LOFIC HDR, which our expert found excels in low light and produces beautifully soft bokeh. He called it one of the best smartphone camera systems on the market, with images closer to a professional mirrorless camera than a phone.
Reaching further is the 200MP telephoto, which mechanically shifts between 75mm and 100mm for genuine optical zoom across portraits and sport, while its large 1/1.4-inch sensor and clever processing keep cropped shots beyond that range remarkably detailed.
That same telephoto shoots 4K at up to 120fps alongside the main camera, and with a Log profile and Dolby Vision HDR recording on board, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra gives video makers the tools to grade footage properly afterwards.
Handling all that footage falls to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and our expert played Genshin Impact on maxed-out settings for 45 minutes without a single frame drop, with the phone barely warming up in his hand.
